Paldal Jutaek is a Korean pub with outdoor tables (yajang), tucked into an alley off Gatmaesan-ro near Suwon Station in Suwon, Gyeonggi. The writer shared the signature bulnae-hanpan grilled platter (webfoot octopus, pork intestines, boneless chicken feet and pork bulgogi) with a rice ball add-on, then ordered meokte (dried pollack strips) with cheongyang mayo soy sauce for round two. Smoky platter, soju and a light meokte finish made a perfect course at Paldal Jutaek — revisit intent 200%.
