Seongnam samgyeopsal restaurant for family dinner with kids: Musoettuk

Musoettuk Samgyeop Sinheung Station Branch is a pork belly restaurant near Sinheung Station in Sujeong-gu, Seongnam, Gyeonggi, where staff grill the meat for you. The Musoettuk Samgyeop set for 3-4 people came with minari (water dropwort), tofu, aged kimchi and meljeot (salted anchovy) sauce, and the meal ended with doenjang jjigae, kimchi-mari guksu (cold kimchi noodles) and kimchi fried rice topped with a fried egg. Musoettuk Samgyeop suits a family meal out with kids, since nobody at the table has to grill.

Guro izakaya brisket bean sprouts and ramyeon finish: Robatayaki Sodam

Robatayaki Sodam Guro Digital Complex Branch is a Japanese-style izakaya on the 2nd floor of the food street by Guro Digital Complex Station in Guro, Seoul. This visit ordered set no. 3 at Robatayaki Sodam — mixed sashimi, fish cake skewer oden hot pot, beef brisket bean sprout stir-fry and a spicy ramyeon to finish — with a pan-fried egg on a hot plate served first as the complimentary side. Set no. 3 makes a filling one-table spread for an after-work drink or a second-round meetup with coworkers.
