Uijeongbu date-night Korean BBQ: half pig, ₩6,000 naengmyeon, Hanmaeum
Hanmaeum Butcher Restaurant Uijeongbu Gosan District Branch is a butcher-shop-style Korean BBQ place on the 3rd floor of a shopping complex in the Gosan district of Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi. A couple in their 40s came for a dinner date and ordered the 500g half pig portion with ₩6,000 naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles), and found the dedicated doenjang jjigae burner beside the grill, the partitioned tables and the floor-to-ceiling windows the standout details. Portions were so generous that the doenjang rice course went untouched, but the wrap vegetables and the value made it a satisfying night out.
