Pyeongi Dambaek Bone Kalguksu Siheung Premium Outlets is a bone kalguksu (noodle soup) and bone soup rice restaurant in the Taste Village dining hall at Siheung Premium Outlets in Siheung, Gyeonggi. On a weekday visit with her mom, the writer ordered the bone soup rice with meat dumpling set and the bibim kalguksu with meat dumpling set at 15,000 won each, and was able to request the bone soup rice kid-style, with no cheongyang chili or black pepper. Clear bone broth and springy bibim kalguksu noodles left both bowls empty, making Pyeongi Dambaek an easy pick for an outlet mall meal with children.
