Bibim kalguksu set for two at Siheung outlet restaurant Pyeongi
In short
Pyeongi Dambaek Bone Kalguksu Siheung Premium Outlets is a bone kalguksu (noodle soup) and bone soup rice restaurant in the Taste Village dining hall at Siheung Premium Outlets in Siheung, Gyeonggi. On a weekday visit with her mom, the writer ordered the bone soup rice with meat dumpling set and the bibim kalguksu with meat dumpling set at 15,000 won each, and was able to request the bone soup rice kid-style, with no cheongyang chili or black pepper. Clear bone broth and springy bibim kalguksu noodles left both bowls empty, making Pyeongi Dambaek an easy pick for an outlet mall meal with children.

Where is Pyeongi Dambaek Bone Kalguksu at Siheung Premium Outlets?
Pyeongi Dambaek Bone Kalguksu Siheung Premium Outlets is a bone kalguksu (noodle soup) and bone soup rice restaurant in the Taste Village food court at Shinsegae Siheung Premium Outlets (Sincia). You can use the outlet's free parking, and it's open daily 10:30–21:00 (last order 20:30).

#revisit review #PyeongiDambaekBoneKalguksu I came to Sincia (Shinsegae Siheung Premium Outlets) on a quiet weekday to shop with my mom. Since you should always eat before shopping, we headed to the Taste Village first to fill up. There are tons of good restaurants there, but this is the one our family always orders when eating with the kid — here's my review of 'Pyeongi Dambaek Bone Kalguksu.'
#parking info Parking at the outlet is free — it's pretty open on weekdays, but on weekends it gets crowded so I'd recommend the outside lots.
Inside Pyeongi Dambaek: strollers, high chairs and dogs allowed?

Since it's inside the outlet mall, there's plenty of room for strollers and the space feels clean and comfortable. There are high chairs too, so families with kids come here often, and you can even bring your dog in a pet stroller! With sofas as well as regular chairs and tables, it works fine for solo diners or family gatherings.
Pyeongi Dambaek Bone Kalguksu menu and prices

The menu is roughly divided as follows.
- Bone kalguksu
- Bone soup rice
- Clam kalguksu
- Bibim kalguksu
- Perilla oil kalguksu
- Cold kalguksu
The single dishes are already great, but the set menus — which come with one meat dumpling or tender pork jowl suyuk — are excellent value!

There are also cooked dishes like a mountain of spicy stir-fried octopus and tender pork jowl suyuk, plus a side of 5 dumplings. Octopus stir-fry paired with clam kalguksu sounds like a combo spicy-food lovers would love.

You can order directly at the counter in front, or scan the QR code to order right from your table.
Bone soup rice with meat dumpling set, 15,000 won, ordered kid-style
This time at Pyeongi Dambaek Bone Kalguksu we ordered the bone soup rice with meat dumpling set for ₩15,000 and the bibim kalguksu with meat dumpling set for ₩15,000. The warm, rich bone soup rice and the tangy-spicy bibim kalguksu were both plated neatly. The table felt packed full — haha.

Bone soup rice with meat dumpling set ₩15,000 I was torn between kalguksu and this, but figured rice would be nice, so I ordered bone soup rice. The best part of Pyeongi Dambaek Bone Kalguksu is that you can request a 'kid-friendly' version (no cheongyang chili, no pepper) when ordering!

It came with two big pieces of bone. The broth is clear and deep from long simmering, so both kids and adults can enjoy it. The meat isn't dry at all — it's tender and soft, so you can scrape it off the bone with a spoon into the broth and finish the whole bowl without any picky eating!

And this sauce is the flavor kicker! It's not too salty or too spicy, so dipping the lean meat in it is really delicious!

And the meat dumplings that came with it, packed full inside~! Plump dumplings fresh out of the steamer. The thin skin is stuffed with meat filling and the juices are so moist! They're topped with the same sauce as the meat, so if you're sharing with a kid, you might want to mention that in advance.
Bibim kalguksu with meat dumpling set, 15,000 won: a first taste

Bibim kalguksu with meat dumpling set ₩15,000 This was a first for me — I was debating, but craved something spicy, so I ordered the bibim kalguksu.

Honestly I wasn't expecting much, but it turned out to be a really delicious dish! The noodles don't get soggy — they're wonderfully springy and chewy. The special bibim sauce isn't overly harsh either, tangy and spicy in just the right way that really wakes up your appetite.

My mom and I finished every last bite between the two of us!
