Fire-noodle-spicy bone grill pasta set in Busan: Paldo Ppyeogui
Paldo Ppyeogui Suyeong Main Branch is a bone grill (ppyeogui, grilled pork bones) restaurant on Gampo-ro 102beon-gil in Suyeong-gu, Busan, where the meat comes salt-grilled, soy sauce, mild spicy or spicy. Two of us went looking for a stress-busting burn and ordered the small Pasta Set at 43,000 won in spicy, and each piece of bone grill was as big as a palm with meat that slid off the bone with chopsticks. With side dishes, steamed egg, Bushman bread and cream pasta included, the Paldo Ppyeogui set was good value as well as seriously hot.
