Busan yakiniku near Minrak Waterside Park: egg yolk rice at Bisyoku
Bisyoku Gwangan Branch is a Japanese-style yakiniku restaurant near Minrak Waterside Park in Suyeong-gu, Busan. On this return visit the Yasashi Set (200g premium sirloin, 300g pork belly and grilled vegetables, 79,000 won) came with three bowls of egg yolk rice and a beer, and the pickled side dishes were already refilled before the meat hit the grill. The meat looked exactly as good as on the first visit, making Bisyoku the grill house that comes to mind whenever Gwangalli does.
