Park Jun Beauty Lab Gangnam Branch is a hair salon on the second floor of a building on Gangnam-daero 110-gil, within walking distance of Gangnam Station and Sinnonhyeon Station in Seoul. Senior Deputy Director Yuni treated hair left dry and frizzy by frequent dyeing with the Shiseido salon clinic, run through 8 steps from Off Clear to the final blow-dry. The finish did not feel like a surface coating — the hair itself looked calm and settled, which made the visit worth it.

The order here was a single gyukatsu with a 200ml Kirin one-bite draft beer, grilled piece by piece on the tabletop brazier to taste and topped with wasabi, which kept every bite from feeling heavy. For gyukatsu with one light draft beer on the side, Ichigyu Gangnam Sinnonhyeon Branch is a good match.
