Back home in Daegu for a birthday, the writer went to Modak Texas Barbecue straight from Dongdaegu Station for nachos with beef stew and the Memphis Platter set for 2, and was delighted by pork ribs tender enough to slip off the bone and a portion big enough for three. Modak Texas Barbecue is a solid pick for a birthday meal or a barbecue dinner near Dongdaegu Station.

Cheongdam hair salon C-curl + root perm for grown-out layers: Park Jun

Park Jun Beauty Lab Cheongdam Branch is a hair salon in Gangnam, Seoul, on the 3rd floor of the Laclasse building right outside Cheongdam Station Exit 7.
