Pasta near Seolleung Station, at Kkuudeok Seolleung Main Branch.
I visited Kkuudeok Seolleung Main Branch, which has been getting hot as a steak & pasta spot near Seolleung. I really wanted to write this review because it nailed all three — value, taste, and portion 🍴
Where is Kkuudeok Seolleung Main Branch, and what are its hours?
Kkuudeok Seolleung Main Branch is just a 5-minute walk from Exit 2 of Seolleung Station, so it's really accessible. Hours are 11:00–21:00, with a break time from 14:30–15:30, and last order at 14:00 / 20:30 — so if you're heading there, make sure to check the times!
When I arrived, luckily there was no wait, so we went straight in haha. You can also join the waitlist through CatchTable here, so if you're going during a busy time, I'd recommend checking CatchTable first before heading in!
Inside Kkuudeok: the dining room and tablet ordering
The moment I walked in, I noticed the overall calm tone and soft lighting — clean and modern. The tables weren't cramped together either, so I could eat comfortably without worrying about the next table.
Each table has its own tablet, so you order directly yourself! You can order while looking at photos of the menu, which was so convenient 🤍
What comes in the Kkuudeok set menu, and what it costs
We didn't even hesitate — we ordered the Kkuudeok set menu! It comes with steak + pasta (choice of 2, can be swapped for risotto), and a choice of 2 drinks or alcohol, starting at ₩46,800, though a few menu choices may add ₩1,000–2,000.
Still, for this much food at this price, I really felt it was good value 👍
Jar pickles you can refill, plus the review event
While waiting for our order, they gave us pickles in a generous jar-like container. Instead of doling them out little by little, we could just eat as much as we wanted freely, which was so nice,,,

Grilling the skirt steak yourself on the tabletop grill
At Kkuudeok Seolleung Main Branch, the steak comes with a separate grill so you can cook it yourself. That's a huge advantage because you can control the doneness to your own taste. Whether you like medium or well-done, you can grill it exactly the way you want!
How the meat cheese pasta and spicy cream risotto taste
I picked the meat cheese pasta, and it had a rich flavor where thick cheese and meat sauce blended together. I thought it'd be heavy, but it was lighter than expected, so I finished it all.
I swapped the risotto for the spicy cream version — the softness of the cream with a hint of spice made my spoon keep going back for more. The rice was cooked just right, still with a bit of bite, which was satisfying 🤍
Honestly, the meat cheese pasta was SO good to me!!!?
150g skirt steak with scallion sauce: the best bite
The steak we chose was the basic option, a 150g skirt steak. Grilled to a golden brown with butter on the tabletop grill, then dipped straight into the scallion sauce — honestly, it made me gasp.
The nuttiness of the butter meeting the savory depth of the scallion sauce meant it never felt heavy — my hand kept reaching for more 🤍
Once you dip it in that sauce, you immediately understand why everyone recommends this combo.
Getting to grill your own steak at this price is such great value... While we were eating, the place gradually filled up to full capacity!!!!
For drinks we picked zero-sugar cola and zero-sugar cider — taking a sip between bites of the rich steak and pasta felt like a clean reset for the palate. We cleared the whole spread like this!
Is Kkuudeok Seolleung Main Branch worth it?
Steak, pasta, and risotto — all three satisfied me at Kkuudeok Seolleung Main Branch. I'd genuinely recommend it if you're looking for a date spot or good-value Western food near Seolleung Station :)
