Omokgyo Chinese restaurant with beef brisket jjampong: Yugwanjang
Yugwanjang Banjeom Omokgyo Station Branch is a 24-hour Chinese restaurant near Omokgyo Station in Yangcheon, Seoul. On the way to a wedding, the writer ordered spicy chili jjampong (12,000 won), beef jjampong (13,000 won) and mini tangsuyuk (13,000 won), with a round of daytime drinks alongside. The chili jjampong worked as hangover food, while the beef jjampong packed with chadol (thin-sliced beef brisket) is the one to order if you love meat.
