I'm a mom who loves a good food tour! Today we were out for a day trip in Icheon, and the first place that pops into my head for Icheon eats is the handmade burger spot Gladyburger, so that's where we went.

A great-value local spot in Icheon where you can enjoy burgers made right there! There's parking both in front of the shop and out back, so we parked easily and walked right in.
What's the atmosphere like inside Gladyburger?
The Icheon shop has a hip yellow-toned interior. It's cozy but still roomy enough for group seating, and the swagger you feel from the moment you walk in is no joke!!
The smell of handmade burgers hit us right away. The inside is small but spacious enough for groups, and it keeps the nearby office workers fed at lunch and dinner. There are cute little props all around to look at, so the place is just bursting with charm.

Is the wait okay with a kid?
Everything is cooked as soon as you order, so you have to wait a little. Meanwhile my elementary-school daughter and I had fun looking at the small props! The cute hamburger models and pins were so unusual and adorable!! So pretty!!
The tables seat 4 to 6, so the two of us could sit and eat in a really roomy, relaxed way. We were so busy looking at the cute dolls that we lost track of time. The decor is honestly right up my alley!! Love this place!!

From the chicken burger to the Gladyburger set, everything came out generous and full! The savory, mild aroma tickled my nose so much, and the look of it alone had real presence!
Wow, the bun itself is mild yet soft and chewy at Gladyburger!! It looks like a whole chicken is packed inside, and that savory fried chicken smell had me drooling like crazy!!
How was the chili mozzarella?
The chili mozzarella (chili tong-mozza, whole mozzarella sticks with chili) is the one where the cheese stretches sky-high, and my daughter had been craving it so much~~ It was seriously delicious, and Gladyburger really does it right!! The cheese stretched up so high, stretchy~~~ It put us in a great mood!! 👍
