Shrek Galbi dinner with beef tartare and minari cold noodles: Yukmong
Yukmong Bangi Direct Branch is a Korean BBQ restaurant in Songpa, Seoul, near Seokchon Lake. On a weekday evening the writer ordered Shrek Galbi for two, beef tartare, mul-naengmyeon, Cheongdo minari (water parsley) bibim-naengmyeon and two bowls of rice, and found the sauce restrained enough to let the meat's own flavor shine. With group seating and convenient parking, it also works well for company dinners or family gatherings.
