Ganghan Sushi Cheonan Buldang Branch (강한초밥 천안불당점) is a sushi restaurant in Buldang-dong, Cheonan, where you can have sushi for lunch. I had finished work in Bundang after coming from Seoul, and stopped in Cheonan for lunch on my way down to Jinju.

It had been a long time since I'd been to Cheonan, so I looked up Ganghan Sushi, known as a go-to sushi spot in Buldang-dong. The restaurant is at 67-12 Buldang 21-ro, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan, Chungcheongnam-do, and if you park in the building's underground garage, you can register for free parking. It's nice to be able to come without worrying about parking. The hall at Ganghan Sushi Cheonan Buldang Branch was clean and airy, with high ceilings. Stepping inside, cleanliness was a given, and I liked how roomy the hall felt. The high ceiling made it feel so comfortable that I liked it even more.

Once you sit down, you can use table ordering, so you can check the menu and order what you want right away, which I liked~

Special sushi and pork cutlet: the full spread

At Ganghan Sushi I ordered one Special sushi set and added one pork cutlet. As I'd seen at the entrance, when you order sushi, a seafood croquette comes with it too. If you want a tasty meal, do stop by and try it.

Mini udon came out too. Rakkyo (pickled scallion bulbs) and ginger are on the table as well, so you can take as much as you like, which I loved~

How was the pork cutlet at Ganghan Sushi?

Ordering one cutlet and one sushi set gave a spread I liked, with a pretty good lineup.
