Brightening serum for dry skin: HEEDA Glutathione Glow Serum

How did it feel on dehydrated combination skin that feels dry?

After getting a lot of sun over the summer, I tried a brightening serum because I was concerned about uneven skin tone, pigmentation, and dark spots. My skin is dehydrated combination skin that tends to feel dry, so there were times when I felt skincare did not absorb well.

This product had a more watery, less thick texture than I expected. It did not leave much stickiness after I applied it and felt like it absorbed lightly, so it suited my preference for a lighter serum over a rich, dense texture.

Does it pill under morning makeup?

It did not feel burdensome to use in the morning. When I applied foundation after it, it went on relatively neatly without pilling in my case, and my skin felt less dry after makeup as well.

Did I notice skin changes before two weeks of use?

I have not used it for two full weeks yet, but I got the impression that my skin was gradually looking brighter. I have freckle-like spots that I have had since childhood, so rather than expecting a dramatic change, I am continuing to use it and see how it goes.

I had previously used HEEDA cleansing balm and cleansing foam, so I decided to try this serum too. Its feel may be useful to consider if you are concerned about brightening and a dull-looking complexion and are looking for a serum with a light texture.
