Because my skin tends to feel dry easily after cleansing, I have come to prefer cleansing foams that leave some moisture behind. This time, I tried HEEDA cleansing foam for my morning and evening cleansing routine during winter.
What were the texture and lather like?
The texture felt fine-grained and soft. It spread smoothly even when I applied it to the back of my hand before adding water, and it felt thick yet soft, like a mud mask.
When I added water and worked it into a lather, it foamed well even in cold water. I used it for my morning cleanse and after removing sunscreen or makeup before bed.
How did my skin feel after cleansing, and what about the scent?
That day, I had worn only sunscreen, so it was difficult to see a noticeable before-and-after difference. Still, it felt gentle without irritation as I applied it, and my skin felt less dry and tight after cleansing.
It does have a charcoal scent, but it did not feel overpowering. If you are sensitive to fragrance, this is worth keeping in mind.
