Seoul Station shabu-shabu set for two with jangjorim pancake: Yunseul
Yunseul is a shabu-shabu restaurant on the 1st floor of Grand Central at Seoul Station in Jung-gu, Seoul. The writer and her partner ordered the Yunseul set for two (₩59,000) and chose clear anchovy broth, beef chuck, muchae jangjorimjeon (soy-braised beef and julienned radish pancake) and bulgogi kimchi fried rice, along with a complimentary suji bokkeum (stir-fried beef tendon). If you like jangjorim, the muchae jangjorimjeon at Yunseul is worth ordering on its own.
