Seomyeon pork rib restaurant, 1kg marinated galbi for three: Gilchon
Gilchon Sutbul Galbi Seomyeon Main Branch is a charcoal-grilled pork rib restaurant a 2-minute walk from Seomyeon Station in Busanjin, Busan. Meeting an old friend to share wedding news, three of us ordered the marinated pork rib platter (500g, 29,500 won) twice and finished 1kg between us. The marinade is not overly sweet, so nothing felt greasy, and the free 12-dish side spread made Gilchon an easy pick for a group dinner.
