The moment you walk in, you're greeted by all these delicious grilled fish. Tilefish, croaker, cutlassfish, mackerel — and they're all grilled up nice and big. If you love grilled fish, your mouth is probably watering already, haha.

It wasn't even close to lunchtime yet and customers were still streaming in nonstop. If we'd been ten minutes later we might have had to wait. Haha.

We ordered the Dad's Set, choosing grilled mackerel and braised cutlassfish.

How the Dad's Set grilled mackerel and cheonggukjang tasted

First came the delicious side dishes,

and then out came the grilled mackerel from the Dad's Set along with the cheonggukjang stew I chose.

The mackerel had plump, meaty flesh and was seasoned with just the right amount of saltiness. The cheonggukjang stew seemed to have kimchi mixed in too, and it had this amazing savory-tangy flavor.

Braised cutlassfish and the egg roll we ordered as an extra. ^^

Laid out like this on the table — wow, this is a real feast, I'd say.

The cutlassfish in the braise was quite large. Usually the cutlassfish in these set meals is small, but here it was thick and meaty, so we ate it up happily, feeling really full and satisfied.
