Bubyeokjeong Pyeongyang Mandu is a Pyeongyang-style mandu (dumpling) hot pot and dumpling soup restaurant on Jimok-ro in Paju Book City, Gyeonggi. After a 40-minute wait at 1pm on a weekend, the Pyeongyang mandu hot pot for two (28,000 won) arrived with big hand-folded dumplings, tender beef shank and knife-cut noodles at the end, and it was more than enough food for two. With baby chairs, baby dishware, a microwave for baby food and a free dessert zone, Bubyeokjeong Pyeongyang Mandu is an easy choice for a meal with a baby or with parents.
