If you know I'm a famous bread lover!! Then you know the hidden bakeries I recommend never fail, right??? Today I went on a bread pilgrimage again after a while ♥ I've been to pretty much every good bakery around the country :) and I only introduce the really good ones, remember!!!

Where is Zoblack, the salt bread bakery in Marine City, Busan?

Zoblack (JOEBLACK) is a salt bread bakery at 110 9 Marine City 1-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea, open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM. Today I came dashing over to introduce a Marine City salt bread bakery!!!!

What is the Zoblack bakery like inside, and is there seating?

Zoblack is a takeout-focused bakery with a clean gray-and-brown interior and about 2 seats. Wow~~~ the neat exterior stands out even from far away!!! The interior kind of reminds me of Kingsman :) With such a tidy, polished exterior I thought, ooh, this must be good, and walked in all excited!!!

So neat and stylish, Zoblack :) The display VM zone (visual merchandising area) inside was really smart!! I guess the owner designed this space with real flair???

Chic yet clean in gray and brown!! There are about 2 seats, so you can have a quick bread and coffee~~ but Zoblack is mostly takeout, so people usually take their bread to go!!

Still, it doesn't feel small or cramped at all~~ The layout makes it feel roomy, and the high ceiling gives it an open feeling!!! For such a compact space, the seating arrangement could pass for a café :) Today I just looked around and got takeout!!!

What salt bread flavors does Zoblack sell?

Salt bread is the main thing at Zoblack, and there's a reeeally wide range: jambon (ham), almond, squid ink cheese, squid ink truffle, pollock roe, scallion cream cheese, anbutter (red bean and butter), hotteok (sweet filled pancake), Dubai, basil tomato and more!!! Let's take a proper look at the salt breads!!

Jambon salt bread, almond, squid ink cheese and so on, everything looked so good that my stomach was growling while browsing..... hahaha

Wow, the lineup is made only of things today's food lovers go for, so smart!!! Squid ink truffle can't go wrong.... jambon, and pollock roe too... wow!!!!

How much is Zoblack's original salt bread?

Zoblack's signature original salt bread is 4 for ₩10,000!!! After all, if the original salt bread is good, everything is good~~~ Salt bread is usually in the ₩2,000 range, which is already a great deal, but 4 for ₩10,000 is the most surprising part!!! ★★★★★

Obviously you have to buy it, right??? No hesitation, I start by putting 4 originals in the basket!!!! Remember that!!! It must be popular, because when I went only a few were left and then a fresh tray came out~~~ Piping hot... can't not buy!!!!

Scallion cream cheese, anbutter... a tasty one next to a tasty one next to a tasty one... how can anyone resist this combo~~~~ How do you see this and not buy? Tell me please... And you ask why I'm on a diet!!!! Let me look around more before I sweep it all up!!!

Squid ink cheese, pollock roe, hotteok... ugh... it just gets worse the further I go.... How do I choose... I really have to buy one of each. There are sooo many kinds and picking is half the fun!!!! Dubai, basil tomato... wow... I can't choose~~~ can't choose~~~ I'm taking them all~~~

Does Zoblack sell desserts besides salt bread?

Besides salt bread, Zoblack has desserts like tigres (French almond financier-style cakes), cake slices and madeleines. I just got hooked on tigres recently, and they have tigres, cake slices and madeleines too??? Zoblack is a salt bread place, but with such a variety of desserts it's a bakery anyone would be happy with.... I really couldn't choose and stood there for ages hahaha

After changing my mind two or three times, truly!!! I got one 6-slot box plus 2 packed separately!!! Basil tomato, scallion cream, jambon and pollock roe, plus 4 salt breads and a lemon madeleine!!!! Packing up everything I could!!!!!

I bought the 4-salt-bread set and got a lemon madeleine!!! Definitely do it!!!! They pack it in this pretty Zoblack packaging, you know??? ㅠㅠㅠㅠ So clean and thoughtful, right???

It looked so delicious that I sneaked a peek inside!!! hahahahahaha Ta-da~~~ doesn't it look so, so delicious???? How can salt bread look this fancy and tasty?? ㅠㅠㅠ I want to eat it right now!!!!

Fresh Zoblack salt bread, eaten on the street in Marine City

Zoblack packs the salt bread warm, fresh from the oven, so the moment I left the shop I ate the original salt bread and the lemon madeleine right on the street. The weather was damp and I was feeling down, so when I left the shop hahaha the smell of salt bread on the way was just overwhelming???? And so, I just...

Couldn't resist and tore into one on the street!!! hahahahahaha The bread was packed warm and fresh, so it was so good that I finished it on the street.... But I couldn't stop at one, so I polished off the lemon madeleine on the street too hahahahahaha I never eat on the street, but this smell is impossible to resist!!!!

Best salt bread at Zoblack: basil tomato and scallion cream

After the original, the salt breads I recommend at Zoblack are the generously filled basil tomato and the rich scallion cream. Back home I still couldn't forget the taste, so I ate one more original!!!! And the basil tomato looked so good, right??? See how packed it is inside???

Wow... basil tomato goes so well with salt bread!!! Real basil fans will be in tears... I'm going back to buy this ㅠㅠㅠ

And another recommendation!!! Pollock roe is good and jambon is good, everything's good, but the scallion cream is truly... hahaha as a big fan of green onions and scallions, the flavor and depth of the scallion cream salt bread is top notch... Definitely get this one too, seriously...

Is Zoblack salt bread a good gift from Marine City?
