Jeju's tourism quality is so good that both adults and kids had a blast — an indoor place to play in Seogwipo! Iron Man figures, Figure Museum Jeju. This is somewhere I want to revisit next time!

Visiting Figure Museum Jeju in Andeok, Seogwipo, with a 5- and 3-year-old

Figure Museum Jeju is an indoor figure museum on Hanchang-ro in Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo. Now that my first is 5 and my second is 3, their preferences have gotten really clear. My eldest is obsessed with Spider-Man and Iron Man from the Avengers, so an indoor spot in Seogwipo suddenly came to mind — Figure Museum Jeju. It's right next to the Hello Kitty Museum, so if you're a mom with a son and daughter, I highly recommend this combo!

For Jeju sightseeing, I think planning a trip that fits your kids' ages really matters. Seeing Jeju's natural scenery is important too, but summer is so hot that the family's stamina matters a lot. If you go to enjoy yourselves but end up exhausted, whoever planned it loses steam too. And if you have kids, I think having at least one course made for them lets everyone enjoy the family trip more. This place had such good quality that the admission fee didn't feel wasted at all — I've already bookmarked it for our next Jeju trip.

What is the inside of Figure Museum Jeju like? A Marvel history museum feel

Honestly, as a mom, I felt like I was just tagging along because my kid loved it. But once we actually got there, it felt like such a pleasant, clean, well-organized real museum!

It's not just a pile of figures collected because someone liked them — it felt more like a Marvel history museum. Of course there are all kinds of figures besides the Avengers, but Marvel really did seem to be the main focus.

Every time we saw figures or movie scenes we'd only seen on YouTube, my son and my big son (dad) got so excited they were practically jumping around. My daughter, even though it's not really her thing, followed her brother's lead and looked around eagerly too — made this mom proud.

Black Panther, Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, Spider-Man, and more — so handsome, right? Seeing life-size exhibits of movie scenes and real characters made me think this is a must-visit indoor attraction in Seogwipo for any parent of a boy touring Jeju. Even now, when I ask my son what was the most fun part of our Jeju trip, he says Figure Museum Jeju. (Honestly he just calls it 'the Iron Man museum' haha.)

Mask and Thor's hammer photo zones: how did the kids react?

All over Figure Museum Jeju there are life-size wearable masks for photos, plus Thor's hammer and Captain America's shield — all set up nicely as photo zones!

I kind of wish we'd worn the Iron Man suit too — we only brought the shoes, so that was a little disappointing! If we go back to Jeju next year, I'm definitely bringing the suit haha. He'd been begging to wear a real mask every single time, and once he finally put one on here, he loved it so much.

My daughter refused the mask because it was too heavy, but being a copycat of her brother, she still posed for photos at the same zone. Figure Museum Jeju looks Avengers-centric, but it actually has such a wide variety of figures!

My 5-year-old son says Tony Stark is handsome haha (I think so too, mom agrees). It's such a shame this movie series ended. But it's such a fun series that I promised him we'd watch it once he's a bit older!

Second-floor Transformers and Disney zones and the Figure Museum Jeju annex

Moving up to the second floor of Figure Museum Jeju, my eyes went wide. Transformers — the thing he's been into second only to Iron Man lately! Coloring them in is tricky, but he's often said how cool Bumblebee and Optimus Prime are. He had no idea Transformers would be here too, and he loved it so much.

To dodge the heat we packed our schedule with indoor stops in Seogwipo, and I worried someone in the family might get bored — but people of every age genuinely loved it, no exceptions. Seeing the kids so happy made me so happy too.

My daughter declared herself a princess, wearing whatever mask, headband, or prop she'd dug up from who knows where. The kids always beg to buy these things, but they're usually too expensive, so getting to try them all here for free felt like a precious moment.

The second floor's main focus is small figures, including Disney ones — honestly, even I wanted some of these. Beyond the main building, the annex had plenty to see too, like Pikachu, Minions, and Taekwon V. Such a great indoor spot in Seogwipo — Figure Museum Jeju is a must for any Jeju itinerary!

On the way out of Figure Museum Jeju's main building, there's a gift shop you simply can't skip — we agreed to pick just one item and still spent 30 minutes browsing. There were plenty of Avengers figures you can't easily find in stores these days, high quality ones too, so even at a high price, it felt worth buying haha.

A Jeju sightseeing day that made the whole family happy — a place to play indoors in Seogwipo, definitely worth a visit on a hot summer day or a rainy one. Figure Museum Jeju! I'm planning a Jeju trip next year with my mother-in-law, and I'm definitely stopping by again then!
