Tank-aged pork neck and raw galmaegisal at Hamdon Baegot, Siheung
Hamdon Baegot is an aged Korean pork restaurant on the 1st floor of Purple-dong, Avenue France, in Siheung's Baegot neighborhood, Gyeonggi. I ordered the 504-aged special pork neck, raw galmaegisal (skirt meat), and cross-aged pork belly one serving each, and staff grilled everything start to finish for me, with a hearty spread that came with free bone soup, fresh minari, and over 10 side dishes. Between the tank-aged pork neck's juicy tenderness and the free parking, this was a fully satisfying Baegot barbecue spot.
