Sunday 1pm gyukatsu set for two at Seoul Station restaurant Ichigyu
Ichigyu Seoul Station Branch is a gyukatsu (Japanese beef cutlet) restaurant on the first basement floor of a building in Jung-gu, Seoul, about a 5-minute walk from Seoul Station Exit 10. Arriving as a party of two on a Sunday at 1pm, the writer was seated right away despite the nearly full room, and ordered the gyukatsu set (sirloin) for two at 39,000 won with a zero-sugar cola for 3,000 won. Unlimited white rice and a cast-iron brazier that stayed hot through the meal make Ichigyu an easy pick for a lunch date near Seoul Station.
