Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong is a chicken-broth ramen restaurant on Bulgwangcheon-gil in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, and the menu has only two ramen: tori paitan (the standard bowl) and kara paitan (the spicy one). On a lunchtime visit both bowls were ordered, and the broth came whipped to a latte-like foam over thin noodles, crunchy wood ear mushrooms and a whole soft-boiled egg.
