Seoul Station underground mall gyukatsu and shrimp curry: Ichigyu
Ichigyu Seoul Station Branch is a gyukatsu (breaded beef cutlet) restaurant in the Seoul Station underground mall in Jung-gu, Seoul. The writer ordered the gyukatsu (sirloin) set plus a Japanese curry topped with fried king shrimp and a fried egg, searing the sirloin on a personal tabletop grill with Isigny butter before dipping it in itame sauce, salt and chili sauce. Salad and side dishes come with free refills, and Ichigyu's location makes it a filling meal right before a train.
