Songdo outlet café: matcha Einspänner for non-matcha fans, Wunder

When you shop at the Songdo Hyundai Premium Outlet (a.k.a. Songhyeona), coffee is a must! And I found a truly great coffee spot there!! Let's go to Wunder Coffee Bar Hyundai Premium Outlet Songdo Branch~

Wunder Coffee Bar Songdo: location and opening hours

Wunder Coffee Bar Hyundai Premium Outlet Songdo Branch is in the B1 food square of Songhyeona at 123 Songdogukje-daero, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, and it's open daily 10:30–21:00. Parking is available too.

Wunder Coffee Bar sits in the B1 food square, across from the fruit shop and the wine shop, so it's easy to find. With a name like "분더커피바" you'd think it starts with a B or a V, but the actual name is WUNDER COFFEE BAR! Apparently Wunder means "wonderful" in German. So that's why it sounded like that! Watch for the sign and come get your wonderful coffee!

Parking and seating at Wunder Coffee Bar in Songhyeona

The Songdo outlet's parking isn't free these days, so if you come by car, order at Wunder Coffee Bar and ask the staff to register your car for parking support. There are no seats inside the shop itself, but the food square has lots of big shared dining tables, so you can enjoy your drinks freely!

Wunder Coffee Bar menu and prices

The signature items at Wunder Coffee Bar are Wunder Coffee (Einspänner, coffee topped with cream) at ₩6,800, kaimak (clotted cream dessert) at ₩10,000, and soft ice cream at ₩6,500. The full menu, from coffee to affogato to juice, is below.

Wunder Coffee (Einspänner) and Matcha Einspänner, ordered with Mom

At Wunder Coffee Bar, Mom and I ordered one each of the signature Einspänner (Wunder Coffee) and the Matcha Einspänner💚 The kaimak is supposedly the famous dessert, but we went already way too full, so dessert is for next time~!

Wunder Coffee (Einspänner) on the left, Matcha Einspänner on the right! They look so pretty💚 haha. What a shame the paper cup hides this look🤔 The gradient that the milk, coffee and cream make is just gorgeous, hehe

The Einspänner at Wunder Coffee Bar is milk with coffee + cream, and the Matcha Einspänner is matcha milk with coffee + cream. Just looking at the cream on top, you can tell it's smooth.

Matcha Einspänner vs Einspänner: which is sweeter?

The Matcha Einspänner at Wunder Coffee Bar is a teeny bit sweeter than the Einspänner. But both are pleasantly sweet, smooth, and the coffee is good, so I enjoyed them to the very end!!

A shot with Mom, lol. Mom had the Matcha Einspänner and I had the Einspänner, but later we swapped, hehe. I don't even like matcha, and the Matcha Einspänner was so good, can you believe it…? Stealing Mom's drink (such a good daughter)

Coffee break at Songhyeona: would I go back to Wunder Coffee Bar?

I kept sipping and sipping while shopping, the Matcha Einspänner at Wunder Coffee Bar is just that kind of drink. Mom said, "The coffee here is really good~" and liked it too, haha. Of the Einspänner and the Matcha Einspänner, the Matcha Einspänner was the number one.

I shop at Songhyeona fairly often, and I'd go back on my own dime, 200% sure! For a café at Songhyeona, no need to go far, Wunder Coffee Bar in the basement has you covered 👍🏻 Thumbs up!
