Incheon bakery date by Triple Street: corn bread haul, Tomoru Bakery
In short
Tomoru Bakery is a red-brick bakery in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, next to Songdo Triple Street on the first floor of Acrian Building 2. On a couple's date stop, the bag filled up with corn milk bread, myeongran baguette (pollock roe baguette), myeongran salt bread, salt bread, pizza bread and butter tteok, all baked with organic flour, natural sourdough starter and antibiotic-free eggs. The butter tteok at Tomoru Bakery was bigger and better than at other bakeries, so taking home only two was the one regret.

Tomoru Bakery: the red-brick bakery beside Songdo Triple Street
Tomoru Bakery (송도토모루베이커리) is a bakery at 23 Haedoji-ro 120beon-gil, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, on the first floor of Acrian Building 2 right next to Triple Street. My husband and I went on a date to Triple Street, and of course a bread-lover's date can't skip the essential bakery stop.

I visited Tomoru Bakery, famous as the go-to bakery of Triple Street. With organic flour, natural sourdough starter and antibiotic-free eggs, it's the perfect place for our daughter Mochi's snacks! Introducing the breads here ❤️
Tomoru Bakery hours and parking at a glance

Tomoru Bakery is open 08:30–21:30, though it may close early if the bread sells out. Parking is at the Acrian Building 2 lot, the terrace is pet-friendly, and they also do cakes, baked cookies and bakery gift boxes.

Red-brick exterior, terrace seats and the room inside

Tomoru Bakery, a Triple Street favorite, is a red-brick bakery visible from outside! There's terrace seating so you can bring your pet along. Now that the weather's cooled down, it's such a nice spot to enjoy a cup of coffee.

Tomoru Bakery is packed with bread, and inside the cozy space all kinds of breads seemed to be shouting 'buy me!' haha. There's seating inside too, so you can enjoy it regardless of the season. The clean interior was tidy and well kept.

What ingredients does Tomoru Bakery bake with?
I thought only display bread was there, but they're actually making bread right inside the space! Tomoru Bakery, a Triple Street favorite, bakes bread fresh every single day.
Organic flour, antibiotic-free eggs, no artificial additives! Natural sourdough starter, AOP-certified butter
— all of this makes for honest bread that's fine for young kids and elders alike! Inside the shop there are plenty of awards on display, even a reduced-sugar bakery certification mark, so you can eat with real peace of mind.
Cakes, baked cakes and the baguette lineup at Tomoru Bakery

Besides bread, Tomoru Bakery has a variety of reasonably priced cakes! The mango-loaded cake in particular looked so delicious. There's also a wide range of baked cookies, perfect for putting into a gift box. It's surprisingly hard to find a bakery that does gift wrapping, but Tomoru Bakery does.

The most eye-catching item was the Dubai chocolate baguette. Honestly it's the one I wanted most, but I held back... for the calories haha. Watching other customers, a lot of them were eyeing the chocolate baguette! Mochi hasn't had chocolate yet, so pass pass on that one.

Loads of sliced bread too. I bought one corn bread, and it was seriously soft and fluffy — Tomoru Bakery's corn bread is delicious even eaten plain, you really have to try it! The prices were cheaper than I expected so I kept piling things into the basket without thinking. The baguette lineup in particular was huge 👍 chocolate baguette, basil, cream coconut, plain baguette and more. If you ask, they'll slice it and pack it for you!
The white castella is apparently famous too! The cream-filled ones... I had to skip because I needed to rush home to pick up Mochi from daycare. I'll definitely grab one next time.

From the basics like cream buns, red bean bread and croissants, to Basque cheesecake, pie manju, and pecan pie. If I lived nearby I feel like I'd eat here every day. Now that my kid goes to daycare, there are often occasions when you need to send an easy gift — for daycare gifts or thank-you gifts, it's so nice that there's such a wide range of bread to put together.

Butter tteok at the counter: why two was not enough
After loading up on everything, I spotted the butter tteok (rice cake) by the counter at the very end. It looked so much bigger and more delicious than at other bakeries, so I grabbed two... buy four haha. Once I ate it at home... I regretted only buying two.
We headed home loaded down — sliced bread, myeongran baguette, myeongran salt bread, salt bread, pizza bread, and more. I clearly said I was going to buy Mochi's snacks, but somehow it ended up all stuff mom and dad like.
Coffee menu and the review event at Tomoru Bakery
At Tomoru Bakery, a Triple Street favorite, you can enjoy coffee too. The prices are so, so reasonable, and it tastes good too, so I feel like I'll become a repeat regular here.

There's currently a review event running too, so I'd recommend joining in and enjoying a cool drink with your bread.
Tasting the myeongran baguette, butter tteok and corn bread at home

Back home, spreading it all out made us feel rich. We'd brought back a good variety.
The myeongran baguette is a little different from other places, but Tomoru Bakery's version tastes like the original. The bacon and green onion go so well together.
The butter tteok I bought for mom has mochi (rice cake) that just melts in one bite... it's a flavor kids would love too haha.
The corn bread I bought for Mochi will probably all get eaten by dad. Chewy and soft, a real bread-loving spot 👍 Tonight's dinner is a bread party ❤️ Healthy ingredients and fresh bread — now I get why there are so many regulars. Tomoru Bakery, the Triple Street favorite, I'll be back again and again ❤️
