In short
Kkamon Bundang Jeongja Direct Store (까몬 분당정자직영점) is a Vietnamese restaurant on the first floor of The Sharp Star Park, opposite Naver's headquarters in Jeongja, Seongnam. A Vietnamese restaurant with a great atmosphere, found in Jeongja
I finally got back to Jeongja in Bundang, and honestly, every time I go I love how stylish and tasteful it feels. Walking along the street in front of Naver's headquarters, the buildings are great and the whole vibe is really sleek.
And that's where I found Kkamon Bundang Jeongja Direct Store (까몬 분당정자직영점)! I really like pho, so I went in with high hopes, and I ended up so satisfied that I want to properly introduce it today 😊 If you're looking for a pho place in Bundang, you might want to save this one!
Where is Kkamon Bundang Jeongja, and what's the vibe opposite Naver HQ?
Kkamon Bundang Jeongja Direct Store is on a trendy, tidy street in front of Naver's headquarters in Jeongja, and the location alone is great. It looked just right for a date, an office lunch, or an evening get-together.

It fits Jeongja's clean, refined feel so well! The exterior has a subtle Vietnamese touch without going overboard, so it's nice for photos too. Inside is tidy, with comfortable spacing between tables, so it was easy to eat in peace. I've been avoiding chaotic restaurants lately, so the calm mood here won me over even more.
A modern Vietnamese storefront that stands out from the street

Even from the outside, it already feels like you've arrived in Vietnam. It blends well with Jeongja's sleek streets, too. Instead of piling on Vietnamese motifs, it's clean and modern, which makes it feel even more atmospheric.

In the evening, the lighting adds to it, and it really had that date-night feel.

What's the dining room like? Wood tones and warm evening lighting
Inside, wood-toned interiors and warm lighting come together, and it felt really stylish and comfortable. The tables aren't crammed together, so it's good for chatting over a meal, and the tidy feel made it even more satisfying.
Many popular restaurants these days are chaotic and noisy, but the calm mood here felt more upscale, which I liked.

There are solo seats, and people come for office lunches, family meals and dates. (And lots of delivery riders came in too!) Definitely a proven good spot!!

Above all, I loved how pretty the lighting was.
Kkamon menu and set meal prices
There are lots of classic Vietnamese dishes here! Kkamon pho is ₩11,000, and as below, there's a wide range from pho to fried dishes.
- Pho and noodle soups: Kkamon pho, spicy brisket kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup), pork backbone kalguksu, boiled pork pho, squid pho, mala pho, cold pho
- Meals and dishes: bún chả, Kkamon fried rice, seafood rice, seafood egg noodles, bánh cuốn, bánh xèo, langsaeb, stir-fried water spinach
- Fried items and sides: fried chicken neck, bánh mì sandwich, cream shrimp, nem, chả giò, fried chicken wings, shrimp balls
There are set menus too.
- Set A: Kkamon pho + stir-fried water spinach ₩15,000
- Set B: spicy brisket pho + stir-fried water spinach ₩15,000
- Set C: Kkamon fried rice + stir-fried water spinach ₩17,000
We ordered Kkamon pho (brisket), seafood egg noodles, stir-fried water spinach, a bowl of rice and a bánh mì. After finishing the bánh mì, we ordered another one.

Kkamon pho for ₩11,000: how's the broth?
The first thing we ordered was the Kkamon pho, at ₩11,000. The broth is rich but not heavy or greasy, and it finishes clean, so it really delivered on the Bundang pho promise.
From the first sip of broth I thought, "Wow, they're really good here." The spice aroma isn't overpowering, so it should be easy even for people new to Vietnamese food. The noodles were soft, the portion of beef was pretty good, and eating it with bean sprouts gave a great texture.

Mostly, the broth is the kind you keep craving, so I couldn't put my spoon down, haha. It's been a while since I had pho this satisfying in Jeongja.
Seafood egg noodles for ₩14,000: a pick for seafood lovers

Next up: seafood egg noodles! It was ₩14,000, and personally one of the dishes I was happiest with at Kkamon. It looked so appetizing the moment it came out.
Bouncy noodles with plenty of seafood, so my expectations shot up on sight! The shrimp and seafood had a nice texture, and a faint wok-fire flavor gave it great savory depth.

The chewy egg-noodle texture is so appealing that I kept reaching for more. It has a different charm from the pho, so I was really glad we ordered both. If two of you visit, I'd recommend one pho plus one egg noodle dish 😊
Stir-fried water spinach for ₩12,000: is it a must-order?

The stir-fried water spinach (공심채볶음) at Kkamon was ₩12,000, and the short answer is: order it, no question. It's a must when you eat Vietnamese food.

Whenever I go for Vietnamese food I always order water spinach, and this one was really good. It kept its crunch, the garlic aroma came through, and it wasn't too salty. Eaten with pho, it cuts the richness and the combo is the best! It went especially well with the egg noodles. The portion was more generous than I expected too, perfect for sharing.
Bánh mì sandwich for ₩9,000: why I ordered a second one

The bánh mì sandwich at Kkamon is ₩9,000! The baguette isn't rock hard, just nicely crisp, so it was easy to eat. The filling combination was good and the sauce wasn't too strong, so the overall balance was great.
One bite and I thought, "I want to take this on a picnic," haha. The size is decent and filling too, so it'd work well as a brunch.
Why Kkamon is a good date-night restaurant in Jeongja
Kkamon isn't just about tasty food; the atmosphere itself made it more satisfying. With Jeongja's tasteful streets and the sleek feel in front of Naver HQ, the meal itself became a pleasant time.
It seems great for an office lunch and also like a nice weekend date course. People who like a clean, tidy atmosphere will probably be happy here!

Had a delicious meal, heading out now ^^
