What comes with Elato's signature fajitas for two?
Elato Bundang's signature fajitas for two (₩39,000) come with generous cheese on top of piping-hot cooked meat, plus several sauces, side ingredients and tortillas. This signature fajitas for two is exactly what we ordered!

Doesn't it look really good? There's plenty of cheese on the hot fajitas, and next to them are various sauces and side ingredients. Tortillas come too, so you can combine everything to your own taste.
You pick the fillings you like and wrap them in a tortilla, so eating is half the fun. If you love cilantro, pile it on, and add a spicy sauce or whichever sauce suits you to make your own combo.

Cilantro, vegan and kid-friendly options at Elato
Elato doesn't put cilantro in by default and serves it on request, and you can also choose vegetarian dishes and vegan options. For child guests, they can leave out the jalapeños and make the dish less spicy on request, so keep that in mind when you visit. (With the fajitas, the jalapeños come separately.)

If you want to enjoy lots of ingredients at once, go for the signature fajitas; if you'd rather pick Mexican dishes to your taste, check out the other taco dishes too!

Lime to your liking~
Beef, shrimp, pork and chicken, and the portion is generous, which I really love. My husband said it's good too! 👍
Sauces and sides served with the fajitas
Elato's fajitas came with olives, jalapeños and what looked like tomato salsa, along with several kinds of sauces and vegetables. The sauces and sides served with the fajitas caught my eye too.
You put the fillings you want on a tortilla, add sauce and wrap it into a bite-sized roll, so it's fun to eat, right? Rather than eating the same combo every time, I think it'd be nice to adjust the amount of sauce or switch up the sides and make your own combination.

If the menu lineup matters to you when you're searching for a taco spot in Jeongja, keep an eye on a combine-it-yourself fajita menu like Elato's.
How do you wrap fajitas without spilling the filling?
To eat fajitas without spilling, fold the bottom of the tortilla up once, then bring both sides inward and roll it up. It wouldn't look great to be dripping everywhere on a date, right? So here's how I eat them without spilling.
When you get greedy with the meat and sauce, sometimes the filling comes tumbling out the bottom as you eat. And on a date especially, it makes you self-conscious. 😂
In that case, fold the bottom of the tortilla up once, then bring both sides inward and roll it up.
- 1. Put the meat, shrimp, cheese and the sauces you want in the middle of the tortilla.
- 2. Fold the bottom edge up to block the way out for the filling.
- 3. Bring both sides inward, then roll it up and you're done!
Wrapped like this, less of the filling falls out the bottom, so it's much easier to eat all the way to the end.

Of course, if you stuff in too much it can squeeze out the sides, so not overfilling matters too.
Elato's soft, moist tortillas make wrapping easy
The tortillas at Elato Bundang were soft and moist, which made them great for wrapping, and you can get refills if you order as many as there are people. With fajitas, the tortilla matters more than you'd think.

If a tortilla is too stiff or tears easily, it's a pain to wrap the filling, right? The tortillas I had at Elato were soft and moist, so they were easy to load up and roll.
Put in meat, shrimp, cheese, sauce and cilantro however you like, roll it up and eat it in one bite, done! It isn't one fixed combo, and you can vary the fillings a little each time, so everyone gets the fun of making it their own way. That's why you keep eating, and each bite tastes a little new.
