One single order of bone kalguksu (13,000 won) shared by the writer and her mother came with two large chunks of grilled bone meat, one each, and a broth that was clean like gomtang rather than heavy. The clear, mild soup was easy even for someone who cannot handle spice, making Pyeongi Dambaek a solid meal stop while shopping at Siheung Premium Outlets.
