Incheon tonkatsu restaurant with a self-bar, weekday dinner: HOKATSU

HOKATSU is a handmade tonkatsu (Japanese pork cutlet) restaurant in Dangha-dong, Geomdan, Incheon, a 5-minute walk from Exit 1 of Dokjeong Station on Incheon Line 2. On a weekday evening visit, the Signature 3-Cutlet Set (18,000 won) brought two pieces each of pork loin, tenderloin, and cheese katsu, alongside HOKATSU's yogurt-aging fridge, a pre-meal yogurt, and a self-bar with salad and side dishes. The stretchy cheese katsu and the deep, rich miso soup are what stay with you longest.
