Jwasuyeong Baguette Burger is a café in Jung-ang-dong, Yeosu, specialising in baguette burgers and haepungssuk (sea-breeze mugwort) desserts, a 2-minute walk from Yi Sun-sin Square. I ordered the baguette burger + ice cream set for 9,500 won and the Jwasuyeong chubby macaron 5-piece box for 18,000 won as takeout, ate the Geomundo haepungssuk ice cream on the spot, and opened the macarons and burger at home. The cold-pack wrapping and the detailed storage and reheating notes from Jwasuyeong Baguette Burger made this an easy snack to carry on the last day of a Yeosu trip.

Group dinner shabu-shabu buffet near Yeosu City Hall: Tongkeun Shabu

Tongkeun Shabu is an all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu restaurant on the third floor of a building on Mangma-ro, near Hakdong and Yeosu City Hall. Pork neck and beef belly refills start at 23,900 won, a mala half-and-half broth costs 4,000 won extra, and the side buffet spreads from sushi, pizza, chicken feet and yukhoe (beef tartare) to spicy cold noodles, mushroom soup and a chocolate fountain. With wide gaps between tables and a private parking lot behind the building, Tongkeun Shabu suits office dinners and family gatherings around Hakdong and City Hall.
