Share Share Pie Shop (쉐어쉐어파이샵) is an American-style pie and dessert café in the Suwan area of Gwangju. They say the pies are baked carefully every day with 100% Korean pumpkin, 100% milk-cream butter, 100% Korean dairy fresh cream, Belgian chocolate and more, giving a deep, rich flavor.
In Suwan you can enjoy premium pies with coffee drinks, and they also run group order reservations and takeout reservations. They sell plenty of drinks besides coffee, with lots of choices, so it's a good spot even for people who don't drink coffee. I bought coffee this time, but the coffee here is really good too~

At Share Share Pie Shop the owner brings your order to the table! The slightly stronger coffee is the White Lily, the slightly lighter one is the Brown Lily, and then there's the vanilla cream pie~ The vanilla cream pie is the shop's 2nd best-selling pie!
The Lily coffee was really smooth and delicious too~ The color is dark so I expected a strong flavor, but amazingly it wasn't heavy at all and tasted great~~ The vanilla cream pie was cold and refreshing, and really delicious! I want to try the other pies too,, haha

Share Share Pie Shop pie instead of an anniversary cake
On a public holiday my husband and I headed out to a café near home, and since both the coffee and dessert at Share Share Pie Shop were delicious, it was a really satisfying day~ I'll have to come buy pies for anniversaries! These days even a big cake ends up half left over, which feels wasteful! A pie seems just right for a little celebration, haha. They sell candles here too~ Perfect to buy together with a pie.
What does the vanilla cream pie look like inside?
Inside the vanilla pie there's a thin layer of chocolate, topped with banana cream and fresh cream! The fresh cream was so cool and heavenly! The crust was so crispy and tasty that I'd buy it even if they sold just the crust with nothing else, haha
