Solsot Sangam Branch is a pot rice (solbap) Korean restaurant on B1 of the DDMC building in Sangam, Seoul, close to Digital Media City Station Exit 9. Two of us ordered one sea bream scallop pot rice and one steak pot rice at 17,000 won each and shared them, and the nurungji (scorched rice) at the end soaked up all the savory flavor. With 30 minutes of building parking plus a 30-minute voucher from the restaurant, you get a full hour free, which makes Solsot Sangam an easy choice for a Sangam office lunch or a family meal out.

Goyang bakery café with geisha americano and fig roll cake: Baedagol

Baedagol Bakery House is a large bakery café in Wondang, Deogyang-gu, Goyang, Gyeonggi. On a weekday afternoon visit with a baby and a stroller, the order was a geisha bean iced americano, six-clove garlic bread and a fresh fig roll cake, and the entrance had no steps or thresholds, so moving around was easy. Between the outdoor terrace and the wide seating that runs up to the second floor, Baedagol Bakery House is worth another drive out with a baby.
