Gunsan bakery vegetable bread, condensed milk baguette: Hongyun Bakery
Hongyun Bakery is a bakery on Chukdongan-gil in Susong-dong, Gunsan, Jeonbuk, where every loaf is made fresh in the shop each day. While Hongyun Bakery was running the flour rice bread pilgrimage event, the writer picked out vegetable bread, condensed milk baguette, pizza bread, korokke (Korean croquette) and dinosaur egg bread and carried them to a campsite to eat. Having tried every bakery in Gunsan, the writer rates the vegetable bread and the condensed milk baguette as the best of the lot.
