What is Shabre Garden Ulsan Nam-gu Branch like?
Shabre Garden The Black Ulsan Nam-gu Branch (샤브르정원 더블랙 울산남구점) is an all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu, sushi and dining buffet on Suam-ro in Yaeum-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan. I heard the hot news that a premium food space with record-breaking size and quality was opening in Ulsan, so I went right away, and it nailed the taste, the atmosphere and the value for money!

Is Shabre Garden spacious? Is it okay for family gatherings?
Shabre Garden Ulsan Nam-gu Branch is big, with generously spaced tables, so it works for anything from a big family gathering to a date. The first thing that amazed me when I walked in was the size of the place and the wide, pleasant interior! The tables are far apart and the layout flows well, so even at busy times it looks like you can eat comfortably without feeling crowded.
Maybe thanks to this wide, clean space, when I visited there were already lots of big family groups, from grandparents to kids. Of course there were couples on dates and friends getting together too, all kinds of people of every age enjoying their meals. The place is so large that it can handle any kind of gathering!
What does the Shabre Garden price include?
The Shabre Garden price includes dining, sushi, shabu-shabu and even unlimited beer, which is pretty reasonable, right? Keep that in mind when you visit! I could hardly tell whether this was a shabu-shabu restaurant or a sushi place, because experienced chefs make a variety of sushi right on the spot, so you can enjoy it fresh!!!!

What vegetables are at the Shabre Garden vegetable corner?
The vegetable corner at Shabre Garden has a showcase packed with shabu-shabu vegetables like bean sprouts, napa cabbage and enoki mushrooms. To enjoy proper shabu-shabu I headed to the vegetable corner first, and the fresh, bright green vegetables were neatly stocked, so just looking at them made me feel healthier.
In particular, bean sprouts, my favorite vegetable that I never skip and always pile in when eating shabu-shabu, and sweet napa cabbage were really fresh, which I loved! And enoki mushrooms too ><
Quality so good I couldn't tell if this was a shabu-shabu restaurant or a Japanese restaurant! Experienced chefs make a variety of sushi right on the spot, so you can enjoy it fresh.

How many dishes are in the Shabre Garden dining corner?
The Shabre Garden dining corner has about 50 items, from fresh salads to crispy fried food, a variety of sauces to boost the flavor, and even upscale desserts. You can help yourself to about 50 dishes that would make a hotel buffet jealous! The person who comes for shabu-shabu and puts fried chicken on a plate is me,,,!

What beer is free-flow at Shabre Garden?
Shabre Garden serves unlimited Cass and Hanmaek beer. There are so many sauces that dipping things to suit my taste was a lot of fun, and with all that tasty food around, I naturally started thinking of cold beer. Unlimited Cass and Hanmaek, no less! I think it's basically heaven for beer lovers.
Sadly I skipped the beer that day, but it kept shimmering before my eyes ~~!!! I don't usually drink beer, yet at times like this I want some?? Next time I come back, I'm definitely going to have hot shabu-shabu with unlimited cold beer and really crush it!

What is at the Shabre Garden dessert bar?
The Shabre Garden dessert bar has soft drinks and sodas as standard, plus cool bingsu (shaved ice) and sweet ice cream. Shabre Garden does dessert properly too, so after your meal you can finish perfectly at the dessert bar!!

How did the bean sprout and napa cabbage broth taste?
Shabre Garden's shabu-shabu broth turned cool and clean once I simmered in plenty of bean sprouts and napa cabbage. Let's get started on a proper shabu-shabu mukbang (eating show) with the vegetables I brought!!!! First I dropped the bean sprouts and napa cabbage I'd loaded up at the vegetable corner into the bubbling broth without holding back, and added bok choy, mushrooms and more too!!
The heart of shabu-shabu is the deep broth once the vegetable flavor has come out, right? As the crunchy bean sprouts and sweet napa cabbage simmered in it, the soup instantly became cool and clean.

Who plated this so prettily~ I have no talent for pretty plating, so I just heaped things on however my hand went, haha. But the food looks so good that it looks tasty however you pile it! While the vegetables bubbled away, I started my enthusiastic nom-nom mukbang!

I brought loads of bean sprouts and napa cabbage, which give the soup its coolness and crunch, and simmering them in the broth made the soup deeper still. The vegetables are so fresh that eating them with the meat was a perfect match.

Fish-shaped fish cakes at Shabre Garden
Shabre Garden has not just vegetables but also a good spread of different fish cakes that suit shabu-shabu! Picking among them was a lot of fun, and what caught my eye right away was the adorable fish-shaped fish cake! I couldn't walk past that cute look, so I quickly grabbed some for my plate. When I dropped them into the bubbling broth, the fish cakes floated around on top of the soup. Isn't that just too cute?
How are the chocolate fountain and DIY waffles at Shabre Garden?
Shabre Garden has a chocolate fountain and a make-your-own waffle corner, so even when you're full it's hard to skip dessert. Me bringing fruit and jelly one by one… means my stomach has started to fill up!!

Even when full, you can't walk past a chocolate fountain!!!!!! Kids or adults, nobody can pass the chocolate fountain!!!!!!!

Shabre Garden even has a space where you make your own waffles??? You pour in the batter as instructed and bake it, and a waffle that's crispy outside and moist inside is done in no time. It was way more fun than I expected!! Hehehe, topped with plenty of whipped cream and syrup to taste, it rivals a café.

Me eating ice cream out of a bingsu bowl… I want to eat a lot, okay!! What should I do

A true chocolate lover goes with chocolate all over both the ice cream and the waffle!!!! So so so delicious!!!
