What kind of café is Wonz Coffee Children's Grand Park Main Branch?

Wonz Coffee Children's Grand Park Main Branch is a café at 32 Jayang-ro 32-gil, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. It is open 09:30–22:00 and has parking. Dogs are welcome, and it is a bean café that takes coffee seriously, but the desserts like scones, egg tarts and financiers are great too.

I was having dinner with a friend, so I headed over to her workplace! She said there's a famous café right in front of her office, so I went to wait at Wonz Coffee, and apparently she stops by often after lunch. It's right next to Children's Grand Park, so her usual routine is lunch, then grab a coffee and stroll around the park. So jealous of that routine......... I want to eat lunch and walk around with a coffee too!!!! Anyway, Wonz Coffee is popular with office workers because the coffee is so good, haha.

What drinks and beans are on the Wonz Coffee menu?

I visited in the evening, timed to my friend's finishing work, and the moment I walked in the smell of coffee and desserts made me hungry... hahaha. We were going to dinner so I had no plan to eat dessert, but I ordered two anyway, ha ha ha... They were so good that I figured it was all fine, hahaha.

I arrived about 30 minutes before my friend finished work and ordered her coffee in advance. And two desserts, using my friend as an excuse, heh.

I can't have caffeine, so I ordered an iced americano, but I was curious about the coffee at a café this serious about it, so I ordered the daily coffee for my friend, haha. I stole a sip of hers and wow......... I instantly understood why people think about beans when they hunt for good coffee!!

There was a nice variety of desserts too!

What are the atmosphere and seating like inside Wonz Coffee?

There are plenty of seats inside Wonz Coffee. It's a great stop at lunchtime or after visiting Children's Grand Park, and the interior was full of cute little props too.

Near the counter there's a spot where you can take receipt photos. Lots of people have taken photos here and displayed them on the wall, which gives the place its own atmosphere, haha. Seeing people's happy moments kept as photos made me feel warm too.

A dog-friendly café near Children's Grand Park

Wonz Coffee is right next to Children's Grand Park and there are offices nearby, so I imagine it gets office workers as well as families out for a day at the park. Best of all, it's a good café to come to with kids, and dogs are allowed too!! Dogs aren't allowed in Children's Grand Park, so I used to just walk around nearby and go home. If I'd known there was a dog-friendly café like this, I'd have come often T_T

How do you drink the daily coffee at Wonz Coffee?

The daily coffee at Wonz Coffee takes a little while after you order. But it's worth it, and my reaction was "Wow..!" The staff explained that you should drink it with the cream, like a beer, so I did it their way and woooow T_T They said the foam traps the coffee aroma so you drink it together, and I totally got why there's a right way to drink it... Please keep the shop running for a long time, owner T_T I'll have to come often to see my friend, hahahaha.

Decaf iced americano, with the strength adjusted to taste

For the decaf iced americano, they also give you the coffee separately so you can adjust the strength as you mix it. They said pouring in all of it is the standard amount!

Two coffees! The daily coffee was so good even though I can't handle caffeine well. It changes from time to time, though you can also order it by choosing your beans, so next time I'll try a different coffee, heh. Recommended Children's Grand Park café in Seoul!

How do the egg tart and plain scone taste at Wonz Coffee?

We had two desserts, an egg tart and a plain scone. They also gave us strawberry jam, which was delicious, heh. I'd recommend it as a Children's Grand Park café in Seoul, but the coffee at Wonz Coffee was good enough that I'd go out of my way for it even if I weren't nearby.
