Where I went: 37.5 Signature Mia Branch. Hours are 9:30 ~ 21:00, with a break from 16:00 ~ 17:00. It's at B103, Seongjin Church, 35 Dongsomun-ro 43ga-gil, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul. It's a tasty brunch spot in Mia where the pasta, risotto, pizza and steak are all good, great for group gatherings and a lovely place for a date.

Is there a wait at 37.5 Signature Mia Branch for weekend lunch?
There are so many seats at 37.5 Signature Mia Branch that I got in with no wait, even at weekend lunch. It was fairly busy, but I was seated right away.
It's been a while since I had a Western meal this good!!! I kept thinking I'd seen 37.5 Signature somewhere, and it turns out it's the restaurant I went to at Hanwha Resort in Yongin?? I really enjoyed it there too, and now there's one in Mia!!! I came over from the Gireum side and it was easy to find and close.

The address says basement level 1 — is 37.5 Signature Mia Branch hard to find?
The address says basement level 1 (B103), but it's actually on the same level as the street, so it's the ground floor, haha. If it's level with the road, it's the first floor, right? There's even a traffic light right in front @.@ Anyway, the whole front is glass, so it caught my eye right away.

It looked bright, and the sign was so pretty that I looked twice. I was so excited before going in, haha. I'd been craving cream pasta so badly lately!!!!!!!! A great Western place near Mia Sageori!
Interior and group seating at 37.5 Signature Mia Branch

There are seats behind the wall too, so quite a lot of people were inside. That's probably why it's perfect for group gatherings around Mia and Gireum. The food is good, the space is roomy, the mood is nice. I totally recommend it if you're looking for a brunch spot in Seongbuk.

It's much bigger and classier than most brunch places, so it's already well known for family gatherings and dates. This Gireum Station brunch spot, 37.5 Signature Mia Branch, is right behind Hyundai Department Store!

There's more space behind the wall!!! haha There was a table with three generations who'd brought their elders, and it was so nice to see. It breaks the prejudice that older people only like Korean food!!! When you actually ask them, they sometimes say they like eating pasta or pizza, 'what young people eat these days' (that's really how they put it, haha)!

Good for kids? Children's tableware and tablet ordering
One reason I like 37.5 Signature Mia Branch is that they have tableware ready for kids too! Eating out with children isn't easy, and a place that's prepared like this clearly cares about them, so it's nice to come together~

You order on the tablet at your table.

What we ordered: Caesar salad, truffle bread-bowl pasta, kimchi fried rice

I was going to order the cube steak pilaf but switched to kimchi fried rice at the last minute, so I photographed the wrong thing, sob, haha. I ordered the kimchi fried rice!!

They also had ade ingredients and beers that go well with pasta.

Isn't the plate gorgeous? It's pretty even without any special plating, so the salad looked even tastier.

House Caesar salad: how is it as a starter?
The house Caesar salad at 37.5 Signature Mia Branch has a good variety of ingredients that all went well together. You know the basic dishes have to be good for the rest of the food to be good, right? Caesar salad starter: success!

Mont Blanc truffle pasta: a must for bread-bowl pasta lovers
The Mont Blanc truffle pasta is pane style, cream pasta served inside bread. The bread was crisp in layers while the cream sauce soaked in softly, and it was unbelievably good. Truffle plus pane is my true love!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my goodness ㅠㅠ I love pane, and I was sad when my favorite pane place closed down ㅠㅠ I'm settling on 37.5 Signature Mia Branch!!

Sizzling beef kimchi fried rice: good even without the spice?
The hearty sizzling beef kimchi fried rice isn't spicy yet tasty, not harsh yet tasty, which surprised me, haha. Can kimchi fried rice even be this pretty...? It was my first meal on a weekend lunch and I was heading straight to the gym, so I needed carbs and ordered it.

The last shot before eating! I think taking this photo once all the food is out is the happiest moment, haha. Thanks for the meal again today!
