It's on the 3rd floor, so you walk up the stairs and this cozy shop appears .. 😘
You swap into slippers before heading inside!
After the treatment there's a space set up for tidying yourself up, which is great for a quick touch-up before you leave! 😝
And at this Gangnam Station waxing spot "Super Waxing Gangnam," they also sell aftercare items like scrubs and sprays, so it's fun just browsing :)
And the treatment area is made up of private single rooms like this 🤭 There's also a shower room in the back 👍🏻

Before photos: an uneven hairline after a failed wax
First, here are the before photos ..! My hairline was bumpy like a potato from a previous failed wax .. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ ㅠㅠ
On top of that, hair had grown back on both sides of my forehead and it was genuinely hard to look at — I barely held out before booking this visit ㅠㅠ
Looks messy with all that on the forehead, right ㅠㅠ? Definitely needed a professional's hands, fast ..!
Up close it's even a bit worse .. 🥲 Both the hairline and the forehead needed urgent attention!!!!
Consultation to treatment: checking hairline asymmetry and hair thickness
After the consultation, they showed me into this private treatment room! Plus they use disposable pillow covers, which felt really hygienic .. 😊

From the start of the line consultation, they went through asymmetry and thickness in detail and thought it through with me, which made me trust them all the more!
On top of that, they carefully finished off the short hairs with tweezer work, so I was extremely, extremely satisfied with the treatment 😘⭐️

Aftercare rules for any waxing
- Don't touch or scratch the waxed area.
- On the day of waxing, rinse gently with cold or lukewarm water.
- Avoid saunas, jjimjilbang (Korean sauna), exercise, swimming pools, and intimacy for at least 3 days.
- From the day of waxing through the next month, apply a soothing moisturizer made for waxed skin.
- Starting 3 days after waxing, scrub twice a week with a waxing-specific scrub (rub each waxed area for about 1–2 minutes when scrubbing)
- Spraying an ingrown-hair prevention spray every morning and evening helps more fully prevent ingrown hairs and inflammation.
- If pigmentation occurs from ingrown hairs, it may not fade easily, so be sure to treat it with a specialist product.
- If more than a month passes between waxing visits, ingrown hair care should be done for up to 3 months after.
Aftercare rules for face and hairline waxing
- Don't touch or scratch the waxed area — there's a risk of bacterial infection.
- On the day of waxing, wash your face with cold or lukewarm water.
- On the day of waxing, avoid saunas, swimming pools, and direct sunlight.
- From the day of waxing through the next month, apply a soothing gel made for waxed skin.
- Starting 3 days after waxing, scrub once a week with a waxing-specific scrub, depending on your skin type (rub each waxed area for about 1–2 minutes when scrubbing)
- If pigmentation occurs from ingrown hairs, it may not fade easily, so be sure to treat it with a specialist product.
- Don't get skin procedures or treatments within 3 days after waxing.
- Don't use scrubs or peeling products within 3 days after waxing.
- Always use sunscreen when going outside.
- You may experience redness-accompanied itching, bumps, or rashes.
