How to find Park Man-bae Arirang Bossam from Wonheung Station
Park Man-bae Arirang Bossam, Wonheung Station Branch is a short walk from exit 2 of Wonheung Station. Here's what the outside looks like! The way here can be a little confusing — I came by subway, came out of exit 2, and walked into the alley by Paris Baguette, and it was right there!
Looks like Hibab is the exclusive model here!

There were photos on the menu, which made ordering easy,
and here's the menu board!!!! Order any bossam and you get free kalguksu or makguksu! There's also a bossam set meal, available weekdays until 3pm, minimum 2 people!!

We ordered the half-and-half bossam for 42,000 won, and for the free noodle side I chose kalguksu. It suddenly turned cold out so I went with kalguksu 😎💛 Isn't it amazing that they give you kalguksu or makguksu free with a bossam order?!?!! haha #HalfAndHalfBossam (42,000) order complete 💫💫💫

What does the gabrisal half-and-half bossam taste like?
Park Man-bae's bossam is made with gabrisal (pork neck skirt)! Looks super tender and delicious, right?! Apparently you only get about 200g of gabrisal per pig.
The radish kimchi and cabbage kimchi were both tasty!
Wrapping the meat with kimchi and radish kimchi and eating it in one bite >< it was seriously delicious! Being gabrisal made it feel even more tender!
The kalguksu at the end: portion size and broth
We ordered the kalguksu while we still had some bossam left!!!!
The kalguksu portion felt just right as a kind of dessert course! If it were too much it'd feel heavy, but this was the perfect amount! haha The broth was refreshing and delicious too, and there was even crab in it?! lol
