Tapgol Gongwon Jongno 3-ga Branch (탑골공원 종로3가점) is an outdoor frozen pork belly (naengsam) Korean BBQ restaurant on the pocha (street-tent bar) strip by the east gate of Tapgol Park in Jongno, Seoul. On a chilly autumn evening the writer ordered 2 servings of frozen pork belly and a 7,000-won brisket doenjang stew, and especially liked the picnic-bag cutlery setup and the bracken, bean sprouts and kimchi grilled alongside the pork. Lines form after 6pm, so Tapgol Gongwon Jongno 3-ga Branch is best visited before then.
