Bubyeokjeong Pyeongyang Mandu is a Pyeongyang-style dumpling restaurant on Jimok-ro in Paju Book City, Gyeonggi. Three of us arrived after 7pm on a weekday and ordered two servings of Pyeongyang mandu hot pot in the spicy version, plus bibim makguksu (spicy cold buckwheat noodles) and a plate of dumplings; tablet ordering and the self-serve corner meant everything reached the table hot at once. The spicy broth at Bubyeokjeong has heat without harshness, so even a big meal sat easy.
