Ilsan Korean BBQ family dinner: abomasum grill at Chodaechang
Chodaechang Baekseok Branch is a beef tripe (daechang) and beef abomasum (teuk-yang) grill restaurant on Gangsong-ro 87beon-gil, near Baekseok Station in Ilsan, Goyang. Over dinner with her parents, the writer ordered the assorted grill B set (57,000 won), the special abomasum grill (21,000 won) and hangover udon (7,000 won), and a staff member grilled the daechang and teuk-yang from start to finish. With tidy side dishes and well-judged sauces, Chodaechang is a place worth returning to for a family meal or a work dinner.
