Garak Market Station Korean BBQ: 220g gopchang for two, Jinseong
Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang Garak Flagship is a beef gopchang (grilled beef intestine) restaurant in the food alley by Garak Market Station in Songpa, Seoul. Arriving at 6 PM meant walking in with no wait for two servings of domestic hanwoo (Korean beef) gopchang, 220g for under 20,000 won, served pre-grilled and finished on a timer while staff flipped and cut it, with minari-pickled garlic sauce and three house-made kimchi on the side. Between gopchang that full of fat and a bowl of anchovy noodles to close, Jinseong is hard to beat on value.
