About

Aperire is a cafe & pub in Boram-dong overlooking Ieung Bridge and the Geumgang River, serving coffee and bingsu by day and drinks and alcohol with the night view in the evening. For its signature bingsu, Aperire uses dedicated bingsu ice-making equipment to produce finely textured ice; the injeolmi bingsu uses Korean-grown soybean powder and injeolmi rice cake, and the injeolmi and black sesame bingsu, which contain red beans, use Korean-grown red beans.

Aperire brews its coffee with two grinders each set up to suit the beans, and Aperire also features a tomato juice made with two Vitamix blenders.
