Jamsil Firsthouse is a new home-style gimbap shop opened by an owner who ran 'Jeongine Chan' and 'Jeongine Guksujip' for 10 years. Jamsil Firsthouse uses laver from Wando, pickled radish (danmuji) dyed in-house with beets, antibiotic-free eggs and Gyeonggi-grown rice. The basic Mom's Gimbap at Jamsil Firsthouse is an old-fashioned style gimbap, and the Vegan Fried Tofu Gimbap is a vegetarian roll filled with soy-protein fried tofu (yubu).

Jamsil Firsthouse rolls its keto gimbap without rice, using egg crêpes fried fresh every morning and vegetables, in four varieties: vegetable, shrimp, Spam, and aged kimchi with tuna.
