About

Jiteunsan is a cafe specialising in terrine desserts that opened on 30 July 2025 in front of the Yeonnam underground passage, and a brother and sister run it together. Jiteunsan makes its own flourless terrine cakes with a dense, fudgy texture that brings out the rich taste of the ingredients, in flavours such as chestnut, sweet potato, mugwort injeolmi, matcha, pistachio cherry and raspberry cream cheese, also served as parfaits and whole cakes. Jiteunsan also offers a terrine pudding made with terrine sauce, and its coffee, drinks and desserts change with the seasons.

Outside Jiteunsan stands a sign shaped like a summit marker stone, echoing the cafe's name ("deep mountain"). Inside, Jiteunsan offers a range of seating, from tables for two and window seats to large tables, group seating and a mini terrace, and the cafe opens early in the morning and stays open late in the evening every day of the year.
