Neoul Magok is a seafood pocha themed around songs from the 1980s and 1990s, located on the Balsan pocha street. Neoul Magok's aged sashimi platter features 3–5 kinds of fish such as red sea bream, Wando flatfish, salmon and tuna, brined and then aged at low temperature, while its seafood platter brings 6–10 kinds of seasonal seafood such as scallops, warty sea squirt and abalone, taken from the tank when ordered and served with a small clam soup.
For soups, Neoul Magok serves a whole sea snail stew in a large brass bowl, a spicy fish stew with broth made from Chungcheong-style freshwater shrimp (saebaengi), and a clam hot pot. Neoul Magok also serves spicy braised seafood with shrimp, squid and clams tossed in a house sauce, as well as wild East Sea squid enjoyed as sashimi or steamed whole.
