Notredon is the first pastry boutique opened by chefs Kim Myeong-jun and Ha Min-jae, and the name Notredon means "our gift, talent" in French. The Notredon menu centres on two signature cakes, Noir and Blanc, alongside French-style pastries such as the Vanilla Caramel Mille-feuille, Pistachio Festival and Forêt Noire.
